The Tiny Queen (formerly Lil Pequena) is a Blue Shivra from the Netherworld and it's former ruler until Blind King took over. She controls the demon K'foggnarh.
Appearance[]
She appears progressively during the course of Season 5. Initially the her disguise fooled the townspeople until Dulcinea sees through it, unveiling her role as a spy
Plot[]
Early Season Five[]
Lil Pequena is an orphan not seen in seasons 1 to 4, but who begins appearing among other background orphans in San Lorenzo starting in season 5. The other townsfolk all appear to remember her and begin to refer to her by name as the season progresses. Eventually, Dulcinea sees through her and realizes the truth, proving that Lil Pequena is not who she says she is.

All Hail, Puss![]
In her last appearance, the Tiny Queen appears in the Treasure House, through a vision to warn Puss about what is happening. The Netherworld portal is unstable, and both worlds are getting closer. If they collide, both worlds will be destroyed. She will lead the citizens of the Netherworld to safety and that the Puss's World has less than a day before it is destroyed forever. She then she wishes everyone good luck.
Skills and Abilities[]
- Memory Rewrite: She has the ability to rewrite memories to suit her needs and it will be taken as fact, no matter how absurd. When using her powers, the victim appears to go into a trance. This can happen with large groups at once. She for example makes Puss along with the rest of the town think Dulcinea is a monster from the Netherworld after Dulcinea opposes her. Strong emotion is able to overcome the memory alterations. Dulcinea for example uses a romantic drawing to break the spell on Puss. It seems that this power has some side effects, the victims seem to become a bit aggressive. When everyone believed that Dulcinea was evil, even the children decided to attack her.
- Flight: As a type of fairy with wings, she has the ability to freely navigate through the air.
- Cute Nature: She portrays herself as a four year old girl, and uses her cute nature to manipulate and deceive people effectively, as it causes her targets to drop their guard around her even when doing questionable things.
