The Senior Puss Squad was a group of allies Puss brought together to rescue Uli from the Mole King's imprisonment and assembled to fight off the Bloodwolf and other various threats to San Lorenzo. It is currently Inactive, though 2 of its members remain in San Lorenzo as inhabitants.

Trivia[]
- This is a team first founded by puss to help defeat the Bloodwolf.
- They are the second group named after Puss in Boots with the aim of protecting San Lorenzo, the first being the Junior Puss Squad.
- The name of their team is very similar to the Junior Puss Squad. Despite this, having overlapping members and the fact they share the same general goal of protecting San Lorenzo, the two groups are not closely affiliated and rarely interact with each other as a whole.
