Hecate is a mage from the Netherworld who appointed herself the army and sole member of the Grand Netherworld Resistance Army. She was previously the royal advisor to The Tiny Queen.
Physical Appearance[]
Hecate wears a blue dress and holds magical staff and seems to be very old. She also had blue eye shadow and smudged red lipstick.
Personality[]
Stubborn and a little condescending, Hecate seems to be a little kiddish.
Plot[]
She helps overthrow the rule of the Blind King in the Netherworld. With her assistance , the Tiny Queen could rule once more.
