Dragon is the first episode of the second season of The Adventures of Puss in Boots. The episode released on December 11, 2015.
Overview[]
Puss promises to kill a dragon that is scaring towns close by. But when he meets it face to face, he changes his plans.
Summary[]
Puss goes to the market to buy some lard, and overhears a conversation between two thieves about a fearsome and destructive dragon. He proceeds to the cave of riches in an attempt to slay a dragon, but changes his mind when the beast reveals its gentle nature. He quickly concludes that this is because he is elderly and frail from some illness. El Moco quickly appears, also trying to slay the dragon to gain its boon, but is locked in a box by puss. The dragon follows him back to San Lorenzo. He nurses the dragon back to health back in San Lorenzo and names him Dragon Toby after being unable to think of any other name after Toby suggests it. Once he regained his strength, Ephram proved to be a rather destructive pet, frequently getting into trouble with the San Lorenzian locals and destroying property. Before long Ephram's Mother swoops in and vouches for her baby son, scolding Puss for taking him from his home. She very nearly destroyed the town in anger, but was stopped by Ephram's whimpering pleas. She instead took him back home, leaving San Lorenzo unharmed.
